I really loved the part about the dopamine detox. Especially right now I’ve found myself in need of this since while home I spend much more time on my electronic devices. I can feel it affecting me. Especially since as a programmer I already spend a lot of time on my computer. Now almost all my recreation is spent on my computer as well. It’s too much!
